Ginnys Design Licensed by
Small Business License
Small business license holders, are required to purchase a limited license for each website or shop where they plan on using any artwork of Ginny Whitcomb of Ginny's Designs, www.ginnysdesign.com.
Banners will be provided after purchase of license.
Terms and Conditions are as follows -
1) At no time may the artwork be redistributed in its original form, an actual design must be created using the purchased product.
2) A credit link to Ginny's Designs must be placed on the website and product as the artwork creator, and be hyperlinked back to http://www.ginnysdesign.com, if it is not linked back, your license will be revoked, there are no exceptions to this.
3) Small businesses are defined as a business which produces no more than 200 items using any one image per product.
4) Candy bar wrapping may be exempt from this term, provided they print and ship wrappers to their clients.
5) At no time may any artwork whether in a design or not shall be passed through Yahoo groups, mailing lists etc.
6) At no time may any original artwork be treated or sold as a reseller item.
7) Items created using the artwork are for your use only - your customers may not resell items using what you have created unless they also purchase a Small Business License from Ginny's Designs.
8) No products using Ginny's Designs artwork as a design enhancement may be uploaded to 3rd party printing shops such as Cafe Press, Zazzle etc, .
9) You may not use Ginny's Designs artwork for Incredimail Skins, Stationary or Notifiers
10) This license entitles you to use Ginny's Designs graphics to create physical and digital items for sale.
The digital items covered by this license are listed below. If the product you are selling is not listed, please contact Ginny's Designs for approval.
- web sets, web sites, templates
- scrapbooking layouts, template and Sets: You may NOT sell scrapbooking kits that only contain various individual graphics with matching backgrounds or place the graphics on a white background and sell or give them away as decopauge sheets, sticker sheets or as single embellishments. The graphics must be used to make something new and merged.
Each set must also contain a clear copyright notice: "Graphics Copyright © Ginny's Designs, www.ginnysdesign.com" printed on the digital file if downloaded individually or included in a zip file. Mass production of the sets is not allowed under this license (mass production is defined as professionally printed and packaged).

- digital embroidery files: The file must be in a digital embroidery format.
11) Exclusions: You may not resell any of the graphics individually or as a part of a collection (you must make something with them). The sets MUST be a completed layout and only the graphics required to make the layout or template can be included.
14) Copyright Notice: Each digital file must contain a text file that is included with the product that includes the following copyright notice:
The graphics used to make this set item are copyright © Ginny's Designs at www.ginnysdesign.com and may not be redistributed or reproduced in any way. By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to abide by the licensing requirements that these graphics shall not be resold or shared.
If a text file is not possible due to the nature of the product please place a small credit notice such as "Graphics Copyright © Ginny's Designs, www.ginnysdesign.com" on the product image that is downloaded (in a place where it will not interfere with the design).
The minimum text size for any copyright notice is 8 pixels.
Credit Notice: You MUST also place a credit link back to Ginny's Designs, www.ginnysdesign.com on your website and the client's website.
The copyright and credit notice requirement will be strictly enforced. If proper credit is not given, your license will be revoked.
