If you use AOL as your main address, please be advised that there could be a delay in receiving your download links or general replies to questions, as AOL tends to refuse mail from many web mail addresses.

There really is nothing that we can do to remedy this situation.  We suggest that if you have a different email address available that you use it.  ie gmail, yahoo etc.
