Account Questions

Q:  How do I order?

A:  First it would be advisable to register as a customer of Ginny's Designs.  Please note that there is an "add to cart" with each product.  If you wish to purchase the item click on the Add to Cart.  When you are ready to check out  click on View Basket and continue with the Check out Process.

Q:  Do I need to have a Pay Pal account to purchase from Ginny's Designs?

A:  No.  Ginny's Designs does use Pay Pal as our Payment Gateway.  You do not need to have a Pay Pal account in order to purchase.  While you are proceeding through the Check Out process you will be given the opportunity to either pay through Pay Pal or by Credit Card.

Q:  I paid using E-Check but I have not received the links to my downloads.

A:  Be aware of the fact that E-checks take longer to process than using Credit Cards.  There is a delay at times of 3-5 days before an E-check will clear.  Once notified that the funds have cleared Ginny's Designs will immediately send you your download links.

Q:  How will I receive my products?

A:  Ginny's Designs offers digital downloads only at this point in time.  Once confirmation of your payment has been received an email will be sent to you containing your download links.

Q:  My download links have expired and I have not had time to retrieve my products

A:  Download links are time sensitive.  You have only a limited amout of time to retrieve your purchase.  If, for some reason you were unable to access your download links within the time line provided please contact Ginny's Designs via the Contact Us Form and request that your links be reset.

Q:  I can't download my purchase

A:  First make sure that when you click on the download link you are choosing "Save" not  "Open".   It is also advisable that  you clear your temporary internet files and cookies on a regular basis.

Q:  I have not received my download links yet, why?

A:  Please check your spam mail for your download links email.  Also add Ginny's Designs to your address book.  This will allow your email program to recognize that we are not spam mail.

Q:  I am trying to purchase using my credit card, but it is not being accepted

A:  Confirm that your account information registered with Ginny's Designs matches the account information of your Credit Card.  Credit Card companies will not process transactions that do not have matching information.  This is for your protection and prevents fraudulent purchases.  Do not under any circumstances send your actual credit card information directly to Ginny's Designs via email or through any type of communication. For your protection Ginny's Designs does not have or need direct access to this information.

Product Questions

Q:  Can I receive your products on CD?
 
A:  Ginny's Designs does not offer our products on CD.  All of our products are digital downloads

Q:  Do you offer refunds?

A:  Since our products are all digital downloads, refunds will not be given unless Ginny's Designs can confirm that the product has not been downloaded

Q:  Will you replace my products if I lose them?

A:  If we can confirm your purchase through our records we will replace your lost files.

Tutorial  Questions

Q:  Why can't I see all of the images in the tutorials?

A:  When you extract your zip files make sure you have "Use Folder Names" checked

Q:  How do I unzip your Tutorial Files?

A:  Using a zip program (I suggest Winzip). 
1.)  Right click on the Zip file you wish to open.
2.)  Choose Winzip....extract too
3.)  Choose the Folder you want the file extracted to.  I would suggest making a folder on your        Desktop named Tutorials
4.)  Make sure "All files/folders in archive" is checked
5.)  Make sure "Use Folder Names" is checked
6.)  Click on Extract
7.)  Open the tutorial Folder you just created
8.)  You should see inside this folder the Tutorial you just extracted
9.)  Open the folder and view the HTM files in your browser
